1. General
By booking a service with Gilanda'sMassageTherapy,  you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by GMT* and may be updated periodically.

2. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your desired date and time. Payments can be made by  cash at the time of your appointment, bank transfer or booking online. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit availability for other clients and may impact your ability to rebook at your preferred times. No charges apply if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Refund Policy
All payments for completed services are non-refundable. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund after the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.

5. Health & Safety
Prior to the appointment, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the treatment. GMT* is not responsible for any adverse effects due to undisclosed medical conditions. If you are experiencing any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment to prevent any health risks.

6. Mobile Service Policy
Appointments are conducted at your location for convenience. Please ensure that the space is clean, quiet, and suitable for the massage session. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Liability
GMT* takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during the treatment. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the treatment or from factors outside our control, such as undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of scheduling and conducting appointments and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. For further details on how we manage your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
